Return Policies
RETURN POLICY - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the new, unused item, in it's original packaging, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Used items can not be returned for a refund. There are some exclusions:
BICYCLES - 15 Day return period.

Bicycles in new or like-new condition can be returned within 15 days for refund. Bikes are subject to restocking fees.

Customer will be responsible for any damaged or worn items and the cost for these items will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Special ordered or custom bicycles (Project One) are not covered under this return policy and may not be returned or exchanged.

E-Bike mileage will be recorded at time of sale.
PARTS / ACCESSORIES / CLOTHING - 30 day return period.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in it's original packaging. Any item not returned in it's original condition will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

BONTRAGER UNCONDITIONAL COMFORT/PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE - Any USED Bontrager accessory, part, or article of clothing can be returned within 30 days under the BONTRAGER UNCONDITIONAL COMFORT/PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE. Non Bontrager items are not covered under this guarantee.

SPECIAL ORDERS - Special orders are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card less any applicable restocking fees.
Warranties

Warranties are honored pursuant to manufacturer policies and the following conditions:

You are required to provide proof of purchase and purchase date.

We do not warranty items that are customer supplied.

We will objectively evaluate warranty issues and contact the manufacturer on your behalf. It is up to the manufacturer to honor their warranty based on the information we provide them. We’re on your side, within reason.

Manufacturer warranties only apply to normal use. Any abuse or crash damage is generally not covered.

In most cases, other than bicycles, we’ll replace the item on the spot if we believe the item to be defective This does not apply to special ordered items.
Labor Policies

We do not work on gasoline powered bicycles.

We do not work on bicycles which are unsafe to ride, examples:
-
Non functional brakes (unless we’re making at least one brake functional) (fixed gear bicycles excluded from this limitation).

Bent/damaged frame, fork, handlebars or other major component(s), regardless of material.

Tires which are unsafe to ride (unless we’re replacing them).

Any other condition which we deem makes the bicycle unsafe to ride.

If your bicycle does not have machined rim brake tracks, we cannot guarantee squeak free brakes. Brake squeak does not indicate an unsafe condition.

Service appointments require a $40 deposit. The $40 deposit is applied toward parts/labor needed during the repair.

Service deposits are not refunded if you miss your scheduled appointment time.
Abandoned Bike Policy

Bicycles left longer than 7 days after repair completion are subject to a $5 per day storage fee (unless pre-arranged). Bicycles left longer than 30 days after repair completion are considered abandoned and become property of Trinity Bikes. Abandoned items will be donated/restocked and/or sold to cover the cost of repairs/parts and customer deposits will be forfeited. We will make several attempts to contact you before this happens, please ensure we have accurate contact information. If an extenuating circumstance occurs, please contact us as soon as possible!
Bike Pre-Order Deposits

For bicycle pre-orders, we require a 20% non refundable deposit for any bike.

Bike prices quoted at time of pre-order are subject to change.*

Parts specifications & colors on new bicycles are subject to change.

ETAs are our vendors best estimate for time of delivery, but they are only estimates. A variety of global factors are currently causing delays in delivery times, which are beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated of changes, but we expect our customers to reach out to us for updates as needed.

All Pre-Ordered bikes must be picked up in person within 2 weeks of the bike's arrival at our shop (unless pre-arranged). A staff member will contact you by phone as soon as the bike arrives. If a bike is not picked up within 2 weeks, the bike will be returned to store inventory and deposit is forfeited.
