Experienced Bike Mechanic

Trinity Bikes, located in beautiful Redmond, is expanding our service department. We are looking for a professional, experienced mechanic to join our service team. Seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their work, love working on bikes, have attention to detail and enjoy providing excellent customer service. Must be punctual and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, answering phones and talking to customers when needed.

The right applicants should be able to perform industry standard repairs on all makes and models of bicycles (including E-bikes). Our ideal candidates will have knowledge of the following:

Suspension Services

Braking Systems

Drivetrain functions

Electronic systems

SRAM, Shimano and/or Trek certifications are a plus

Service Writer

As a Service Advisor, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot and install the awesome accessories customers select for their new bike! You’ll also be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. You are the face of the Service Department to customers.

We’re looking for a teammate with stellar customer service chops and a willingness to learn. Because you’ll constantly be speaking with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs, we value fantastic hospitality skills above prior shop experience. This role requires elevated skills in communication, leadership and problem solving.

This is a full time position (34-40 hours) with work required on weekends.
